From the West

1. Take the NYS Thruway ( I 90) east. Get off at exit 24.
2. Immediately after the toll booths you will see an exit to the right - Route 20/Western Ave. Take that exit.
3. This puts you on the "Northway" going south. Take this to the end (about 1 mile).
4. Get in right lane. Take a right at the light - this is Western Ave/Route 20.
5. Go approx. 1.6 miles - We are located across the street from Cumberland Farms which is on the left. Immediately before the traffic light is our building - a brown wood building - #1873.
6. The Occupational & Environmental Health Center of Eastern New York is on the first floor. Go in the entrance on either side of the building. Suite #100.

From the North

1. Get on the Northway (I87) going south.
2. The Northway ends at Route 20/Western Ave.
3. Get in right lane. Take a right at the light - this is Western Ave/Route 20.
4. Go approx. 1.6 miles - We are located across the street from Cumberland Farms which is on the left. Immediately before the traffic light is our building - a brown wood building - #1873.
5. The Occupational & Environmental Health Center of Eastern New York is on the first floor. Go in the entrance on either side of the building. Suite #100.

From the South
