From NYS Thruway
Get off at exit 18 (New Paltz/Poughkeepsie). At the light, take a left onto Main St. (Route 299). Go straight to the first traffic light. Just past the light, on the right is the Medical Center of New Paltz.

From Poughkeepsie
Cross the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Bear right after bridge, exiting to Route 9W North. Stay on 9W North approximately 4 miles to Route 299. Take a left on Rt. 199 past the NYS Thruway entrance into the village of New Paltz. Go straight to the first traffic light. (Rt. 299 becomes Main St.) Just past the light, on the right is the Medical Center of New Paltz.
